SAT PREPARATION WORKSHOP
A five hour seminar designed to prepare students for the Scholastic Achievement Test (SAT) by teaching effective test taking skills and logical thinking processes to maximize performance. Lectures on all four sections of the SAT and sample testing will be provided. (Duration: 5 hours) Appropriate for all high school students.
HS ACADEMIC COUNSELING
Individual young people can make appointments during specified times to meet with instructors who will assist them in designing their college preparatory courses for high school. The result will be a high school course and skill set outline which will adequately prepare them for the SAT and college. (Duration: 2+ hours). Appropriate for young people seventh grade and above and parents.

WHY COLLEGE?
An introduction to college as an option for future plans. A financial, professional and quality of life case will be made for college. Extensive interactive discussion will be included. (Duration: 2+ hours). Appropriate for young people seventh grade and above and parents.
TAKING THE BIG STEP
A seminar designed to assist young people about to make the transition from high school into college. A panel of instructors will be available for an informal, interactive discussion of the details of college life. Techniques for success in a college career will be presented as well as pitfalls to be wary of. (Duration: 2+ hours). Appropriate for young people ninth grade and above.
