Our Philosophy
We believe one way to make a difference in our community is to provide a roadmap for a better life. With that roadmap, each young individual’s avenue to true success can be built. An organization that can assist in providing that roadmap is the Always Moving Forward for the Education of our Youth (AMFEY) Project. The ultimate goal of the project is to expand individual horizons and provide a much greater opportunity base for the future. The AMFEY Project provides youth development services to youth programs that it deems are committed to similar goals.

Some of the more specific goals of the AMFEY Project are:

To help the youth of our community recognize the much larger set of options they have

To encourage young people to develop and pursue educational and career goals with the assistance and guidance of professionals from a variety of career fields and job backgrounds

To establish and maintain a permanent set of career development services which will involve minority youth and professionals
